Caitlin Davies is a leadership and performance expert with a reputation both in Australia and internationally, for assisting organisations and individuals to achieve results through behavioural change. A self-confessed “neuro nerd” with a passion for using neuroscience insights to help others understand how to work better “with” their brain, Caitlin inspires courage in individuals to change, learn, grow and reach their full potential.

In her various leadership and consulting roles, Caitlin has driven change with a diverse range of large and small organisations across the public and private sector. She has also worked with individuals at all organisational levels - from new graduates to senior leaders and CEOs.

Renowned for her ability to challenge the status quo and encourage and harness innovation to unlock potential, Caitlin emulates, and inspires, authenticity and courage in those with whom she works.

Caitlin is professional, energetic, engaging and quickly builds rapport with clients, workshop participants and the individuals that she coaches. This, combined with her collaborative approach, enables her to define and deliver outstanding and innovative practical results with individuals, teams and organisations.

Caitlin unlocks self-awareness with learning participants through her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and her Neuroscience Academy qualification in Applied Neuroscience and Brain Health alongside her accreditations in psychological diagnostic instruments and leadership tools including:

  • PRISM (neuroscience-based behaviour profiling)

  • Genos Emotional Intelligence

  • Team Management Profile.

She has designed and facilitated hundreds of learning interventions using accelerated learning and engagement techniques.
